The interaction an assistance, of Reece, was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He listened and suggested alternatives and demonstrated available options for the divan storage. Gave a quote and wasn't insistent in doing a deal when we initially said we would look at other options. His attitude probably ensured we came back to the store and purchased it from Dreams.

Really friendly staff. Reece and Tyrone. Really helpful and not in the slightest bit pushy

Greeted as we walked into the store, asked what our needs are, shown around the store until we had selected the right bed and mattress without feeling rushed, friendly staff all round, very satisfied with the whole process.

Someone immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any help and passed me to yet another helpful and very knowledgable co worker who helped me get just what I wanted at the right price, and gave decent discount off of the mattress I bought on bank holiday Monday as advertised on tv. The second person helped me also with paying for the mattress and booking the delivery and let me choose the day to deliver upon the dates available. He was also very efficient and knew his way around the computer and finishing off my payment, he also offered free removal of my old mattress and gave me a green bag to put it in before collection. On the whole very impressed by dreams would come again and also recommend the store at Maskew avenue Peterborough.

Reece in the Peterborough was very polite and professional and answered any questions we asked.
