I bought another bed from you a few weeks before purchasing this one . I was served by the same person and found him to be so friendly and helpful and it was his attitude that brought me back into the store ,his name is Colin.

Dean was not pushy, very knowledgeable and listened to our needs and made suggestions. Very patient and let us take as much time as we wanted. It was hot and he gave us water and time to go outside and cool off

We were shown a number of mattress that dreams have on offer to my requirements due to bad back. We offered a drink and made to feel We come. The man let us try all the beds out in store . We liked a certain tempur mattress and was able to get a good deal with clearance mattress .When putting a deposit down the member of staff gave us a good discount on the products . The gentleman could not have been more helpful and fully understood my requirements. We didn't feel hurried, altogether it was a very pleasant relaxing experience.

We only went in to browse and to build an idea of what we were looking for (Ottoman base double and a toddler bed) - we ended up buying half of these and will definitely return for the latter. On arrival, several colleagues greeted us and Dean was with us within minutes of seeing us looking bemused at the prices. He explained the differences in what we were looking for and convinced us to seriously consider making a purchase that day. He left us alone to think about the decision and didn't push. The prices were definately a bonus and Dean made the transaction as quick an easy as possible. Very Happy!

colin was very helpful,and gave me time to think, and make my own choice .was never pushy and at the end of the sale iwas completely happy with my choice.

The reason I selected Highly Satisfied was because from enterering the shop we were greeted pleasantly we were given help, we went into the shop to buy a mattress topper and because of the knowledge the assistant had, we ended up purchasing a new mattress,pillows and mattress protector which we can't wait for the delivery .

Colin assisted us and he was extremely helpful and patient, giving good suggestions and having a lot of patience with us! He went out of his way to help us find the best bed and his product knowledge and friendliness was amazing.
