Vincent was extremely helpful and friendly finding me the perfect bed, mattress and pillows and made me want to come back again in the future and even helped me put items in my car which I wasn’t expecting, a very nice gesture. The mattress I wanted was out of my budget but Vince found me one much cheaper and just as comfortable within 10 minutes, went round the back and got it for me. The store looked fantastic and very tidy and I was approached by 2/3 of the sales chaps all wanting to help me and I was out within an hour. Overall a top customer experience in which I cannot fault one bit, certainly would use the branch and company again in the future.

I found that the salesman listened to my requirements and showed me products that were representative of my needs. In addition he was polite and very helpful and did not push me into looking at products which were not suitable nor of a price range that would have exceeded my financial capacity, in the same vain he did not push any products that may have been purchased on a credit agreement.
