As soon as we stepped into the store, you felt comfortable. The assistant who approached us was most kind and no presume, what so ever. Everything we asked, was answered with confidence and expertise. And we were asked if we wanted a drink, that is above and beyond all expectations. With assistants like these are, few and far between and to be valued. Thank you to Tyrone and the rest of the staff.

Colin made us feel at home and valued as a customer. He made coffee for my wife and I while we browsed and took all the time to explain about the products that we were interested in. He was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful and he was not pushy in the least and he didn't rush us, allowing us to try the products for as long as we liked. He pointed out the options available and benefits very clearly, ensuring that we understood everything.

Excellent knowledge and customer service from Colin. Time to gather thoughts and consider the purchase. Excellent range of goods to choose from.

We were given a lot of great offers, advice and Aaron was very friendly and understanding of what we were looking for and went out of his way to make us happy! :)

Aaron our sales executive was extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the products. At no time did he attempt to pressurise us into a purchase. We found that his customer focus never waivered during our time in the showroom. We decided to purchase the Tempur cooltouch cloud elite mattress and divan, and on Aaron’s recommendation we also purchased the tempur pillows and mattress cover. During the paperwork time we were offered refreshments which we accepted. Aaron explained an quantified every step of the financial agreement. His approach made our experience a pleasurable one.

My husband and I were welcomed on arrival to the store. The assistant, Dean, listened to our requirements and after having our virtual experience he showed us the relevant mattresses we were looking for. We both felt comfortable lying on the mattresses trying them out, not in the least embarrassed by doing so as my husband and I thought we would be.

Very happy with our visit, they were very busy ( I can understand why) we gave our number to a member of staff and went and done some other shopping and he phoned us when when he was free!😊
