The gentleman who served us was very professional and friendly even accommodating the children when they needed to try and purchase mattresses going back and forth several times to help them make the right choice and for us he made sure even though we had decided on our bed and mattress we re checked it was the right one for us

The customer service I recieved was top notch both from the lady who assisted us with the machine and the man who sold the mattress. Both were knowledgeable and managed to find us the best fit for our needs.

I am disabled and I am partially sighted so time was taken to explain my options and prioritise my individual needs I was allowed to sample all available options and the extras I requested were promptly found and delivery information confirmed in suitable time frame

The sales assistant was very helpful in answering all my queries regarding the mattress and bed frame and helped me make a decision. He also ensured my finance application was completed on the same day though it was past 6 pm. Save me the trouble of coming back the next day in order to get this done as there were a few more documents that were required which I could email right away. Thank you Dreams @Maskew Retail.
