My partner and i walked in quite skeptical of your offering as i have always had an unfounded prejudice of it being on the poorer quality end of the market. I learned that it is at the good value end of the market. The adviser helping us was friendly, informative and gave good advice. He educated me in a kind way. His name was Colin.

Dean was very helpful and provided good recommendations and advice. He also negotiated fairly on price.

Service was really good. Practical help in coming to a decision, and not in the slightest "pushy"

We were shown all different beds and mattresses,Colin was Very efficientand Very helpful.

The staff were very helpful

We explained that we wanted to take one away today so he showed us the ones that were in the clearance

We had been to the store previously whilst contemplating our purchase and were impressed with the staff and service on that occasion and even though we could have purchased the mattress elsewhere for a very small saving we decided to go back and we were not disappointed as the salesman was once again helpful and informative

The knowledge of the salesman was terrific and guided us to the item purchased. Colin was a great personality, funny but professional .

Good products and Colin was excellent, his knowledge and friendly banter made for a good shopping experience
