Dreams - Peterborough

Came in looking for a replacement super king mattress. Knowing how much they are I went to the clearance area and found one in the price range but it was ex display and therefore dirty. I asked the sales assistant, Dean, who had made himself available if I needed, if there were any others. He happily told me that as of that day they had several new super king mattresses massive reduced. He let me try them explaining their benefits and assessing what I liked based on what I had said. I happily came to a conclusion on a new mattress and was pleased to accept the old mattress collection scheme, whilst having a coffee Dean had offered. We completed the order and was pleasantly surprised to only have to wait 5 days for free delivery. I am not normally an impulsive buyer and shop around first but Dean had given excellent service that I was happy to complete the purchase there and then. Very happy customer

Went in to purchase a new mattress but was not sure what would be best for our needs. Talked to a very friendly assistant named Colin. Explained about my health issues and that we were not sure what would be best for us. Colin showed us several alternatives and encouraged us to try them out in our own time. At no time did he put any pressure on us to buy and was more than happy to answer our many questions. We spent nearly an hour trying out different beds and at no time did we feel that we were being hurried to make a purchase. I would happily recommend Colin and this company to my friends and family and use them for my next purchase.

We haven’t purchased a new bed for years and we were guided through the process by a knowledgable, friendly, understanding member of staff who allowed us time to lay on the beds, explained what would be best for us as a couple and made informed suggestions as to the bed that would suit us best. He also made ways to pay options known to us. We really enjoyed our bed shopping experience!

The store was clean the service was excellent and good value for money.

Easy to deal with and very knowledgable

Shopping for a double ottoman bed, mattress and headboard. We were offered help by Vincent (Peterborough) who identified our needs and gave us about 3 options which suited us. He was very knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and friendly which made the shopping experience great. We didn't purchase straight away, but visited 3 other stores. In all of the others we did not receive the customer service offered by Vincent. We returned later in the day to make the purchase. Would definitely buy future products at this store. Thankyou Vincent!

The mattresses which we wished to view were available and the choices within the price range were acceptable for our budget.
