Tyrone was friendly not overbearing incredible knowledge listened to what was said didn’t push the most expensive. We felt very comfortable receiving his advice and felt he supported us 100% in the right decision.

The sales man Dean was very friendly as soon as we entered the store he said Hello and made us feel important as a customer. He was very knowledgeable with regard to the product. We were offer a drink on more than one occasion which was very nice. He also told us about Pillows and there different qualities which was very interesting. We took our time in deciding which product to purchase and found Deans advice very useful Many Thanks. The ordering process was very good and was completed with no problem at all. The delivery arrangement were sorted in no time at all Dean gave us all the information we need. On leaving the store we though we had a great experience Many Thanks. We will most certainly recommend Dreams to our friends.

The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable. The balance of being left to shop on our own and the sales assistant stepping in to advise was perfect. Nothing seemed an issue for staff and we left very satisfied customers.

Very efficient and new about the products that I was looking for

Arrived with a bed in mind that we'd seen online, approached by store member soon after arriving who welcomed us and offered help and directed us to where the bed was located but said he'd allow us time without him while we looked it over (which i preferred as i don't want a salesman breathing down my neck) We decided against the we saw online but saw another one and were approached again this time i asked a number of questions and the salesman answered every one on the spot showing good product knowledge. We agreed to purchase the bed and also ended up buying a couple of bedside tables as well! Only disappointment was that we have to wait 6-10 weeks for delivery.
