Dean was extremely helpful - allowed us to browse and then came over. He was friendly and helpful and not pushy. We were very pleased with our clearance price and very happy that we came to Dreams - would definitely come back!

I had been to severel other stores before but when I arrived here the assistant was far better . Aaron really knew his job and was extreemly helpful , he explained everything really well . There was a huge choice and I am extreemly happy with my purchase , although I am yet to receive it I am confident with my choice as full info and time were spent making sure I had the correct mattress for me .

We was given time to browse before being approached. No hard sell. Was given various options and encourage to try and revisit any option we liked. Never felt pressured into buying. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain and show what was on offer.
