Dreams - Peterborough

Went to the Store to have a look at a new mattress, was greeted at the door with being hassled, a member of Staff was always available without seeming intrusive. All questions were answered honestly and up front. No pushiness to try and make a sale, which worked very well! Very, very happy.

Jake who assisted us was very patient and explained all the products, we tried many beds and he was able to offer detailed product information and was only too happy to help

Colin was very helpful and made me my husband and two children feel very welcomed. He was also very knowledgeable about the products. Lovely man

I was very pleased with the service and help from the sales person, he was very friendly, not in anyway pushy, very knowledgeable and afficiant. I have shopped at dreams before and will do so again

The staff were friendly ,but not pushy,and left us to wander ,but we're there when we neaded advice ,and the ordering was quick and painless.

The sales assistant, Aaron, was friendly but not familiar. He had a thorough knowledge of the products that he was selling and at all times endeavoured to meet our needs. He was careful to point out the products that were of exceptional value but never pushed us into purchases about which we were doubtful. The clean and roomy showrooms were conducive to relaxation and we found the whose experience highly satisfactory.

Veeeeery nice personal, very friendly,not pushy . I get free pillows and duvet and free pick up of old mattress!! So what more I can get? Reece was very nice and I recommend DREAMS to everyone!

Dean the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make our choice by going through our options and discussing them in a very professional and helpful way
