We have been a customer of Dreams for over 10 years and have alway received excellent customer service from your colleagues and most importantly your products have been excellent and reasonable priced . We have always enjoyed purchasing beds from your stores and online. We have bought beds for our daughters and their husbands, grandchildren and I can say on their behalf that they have been very pleased with there beds. Keep up the good work ! Linda and Roy H

The sales assistant Jake (part-time stripper during the week), was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to have a bit of banter with Jake and his colleagues which always makes for an enjoyable experience.

Colin was extremely helpful during our visit but not at all pushy. He demonstrated the ottoman beds which is what we were interested and explained all the different mattresses. He was very polite and allowed us to browse but was always available to answer our queries. We went in the shop to buy a double bed but came out with a king size plus a small double for the spare room. We were very impressed with selection and look of the beds. Looking forward to delivery and trust the beds will be of high quality.

We were not pressured by anybody shown several beds but was not lead to any one bed being better than the rest the choice was ours to make

We were immediately seen by a salesman and it was satisfying that we were shown the items by someone who had a high understanding of our needs.

I came into the store to find a mattress that was comfortable for my husband and myself, Dean the store colleague was very friendly and told me about the mattresses and other products in the store, then he made me a coffee and i placed my order, cant wait to get it on it at the weekend now.

Aaron is an absolute f*****g diamond. I'm recovering from a car accident, Aaron not only helped me. He was friendly, polite, and very patient with me as I dragged him around, (I can be quite temperamental) I tried out the electronic gadgets, and various beds with his assistance and also my Daughter. He made a fantastic hot chocolate lol. Discussed every single bed and or mattress question I had, colour, sizes, thickness, quality, price, delivery, options of each bed. He made me feel relaxed and not thick! Lol. Even went and found out for definate a VAT question so as not to give me false info (Like previous shop!) I like the fact he can put me in the diary to call me when the things I've been looking at come in or have a deal. So I was a happy shopper EXTREMELY UNUSUAL I HATE SHOPPING lol but he made it very easy. So brought my Daughter's Bed, and gone home with booklet and leaflet to decide what I want, defo was a pleasure. Thanks Aaron 😁😁😁👍

We went to the Peterborough branch of Dreams on Sunday 3rd March, where we were immediately greeted by Colin, we were quite sue what we were looking for & Colin was able to to assistant us & narrow down our options to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Colin was extremely knowledgable & really helped us to make a decision, he was friendly & professional, Colin explained the 40 days trial which put our mind at rest, he also managed to talk us into purchasing a mattress topper and a couple of Tempur comfort Cloud pillows too.
