Dreams - Peterborough

The gentleman that served us was very polite and very knowledgeable. You always think when you into furniture stores that you will get the hard sell and pushed into buying the most expensive items. We did not feel like this, Although to start with we did think the price for a mattress was excessive, however once we had a go on the machine that confirms the type of mattress you need and once the gentleman explained about the mattresses it made more sense. We felt very at ease.

The assistant - Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us and nothing was too much effort The only downside was when we got home and checked the depth of the mattress (so I could order sheets) we found that if we had ordered it on line we would have got 2 FREE pillows!! It was very disappointing that the same offer was not in the store

Was given a warm welcome and shop assistant remembered us from previous visit. Was given refreshments whilst purchasing the items. Product knowledge was excellent. Lots of choice and discount mattress idea was great.

The assistant understood our needs he offered us a drink and allowed us to try several products his name was Dean .

colin was really helpful and patient i wasn’t planning on buying the mattress that day but after his service i decided to go ahead , thanks colin !

We were given assistance as soon as we came into the store. Jake was friendly and helpful but at no time was he pushy. He didn’t try to make us spend more than our budget allowed. We found the sleepmatch machine really helpful.

Our salesman was extremely helpful and patient, he was attentive but not over bearing. He answered all our queries. Definitely an asset to Dreams. Thank you.

It all went through very speedily and the salesman was very friendly and courteous. His colleague was also very helpful and friendly The bed base I bought was very expensive so I hope it lives up to my expectations.

The assistant was fully knowledgeable on all aspects of what i was looking for and went in great detail on the product I decided to purchase. It was a nice and friendly form filling exercise for the payment and everything perfectly explained on delivery details.
