I had no trouble at all in seeking out someone to help me find the right mattress for me. The use of the machine to narrow down the multitude of choices to just a few was excellent and it made the process quick and easy. The person who helped me, took me round the mattress options and gave me time to consider each option without rushing. He gave advice on the best pillows to use based on my sleeping position which was something I'd never considered before. The overall experience was quick and efficient but without feeling like I was being rushed.

We were greeted at the door with a friendly welcome and an offer of help instantly. We browsed for a while and were allowed to do so without interruption or pressure. As soon as we were ready to ask for help, it was offered. We experienced a speedy service and all our queries were answered.
