Dean, the assistant, greeted us as we entered the store and was highly attentive to our reasons for wanting to purchase a new mattress. he could not do enough to make us feel important.

We used the the sleep match service when we first arrived and were given really good advice on the type of mattresses would be suitable for us both. We were then shown around by a very knowledgeable member of staff who gave us some really good advice about the type of products we were trying and helped us with our decision making.
