Courteous staff, knowledgeable and helpful, without too much pressure.

Having visited the store on two occasions, we were greeted both times by the same salesman who remembered us from the first visit and had retained a lot of knowledge/ facts of what we were looking for last time. This made the process slightly less arduous and lengthy than it would have been otherwise. We were not made to feel rushed or pressurised to make a sale.

I went in store at Peterborough to try a double mattress if selected online. On arriving I was greeted by a friendly colleague who took me straight to the product I requested to see and also showed me some other similar products within the same price range. He then let me peruse the show room to make sure I was happy before I placed my order. Super quick ordering process and delivery with a week - fantastic!

Sales person explained which mattresses would suit our needs giving at least half a dozen covering a wide price range. We were able to try at each and make a decision without feeling pressurised to buy.

Excellent product knowledge and a through and interesting shopping experience.

Dean was extremely helpful without being pushy and was very quick to understand our needs. All this on the hottest day of the year!!

The person who spoke to us offered great choices. He knew what exactly we needed and helped us so much to know what exactly we needed to buy.
