We had recently had a bad experience with a mattress purchased from a different high street retailer. We explained the problems to Reece (Peterborough Store) and he helped us to select a suitable mattress for our needs. He was very informative.

Our sales assistant Dean was knowledgable, friendly and patient with us throughout. This attitude made us feel at ease so we bought and ons like pillows.

I was satisfied because from the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted and show to the product I was looking for and the employees where so helpful and polite, could not ask for better customer service
