The chap was very friendly, an how quick an easy it was to place the order.

First ever trip to Dreams and certainly not disappointed in fact highly impressed and pleased with every aspect of our visit the exceptional service, product knowledge and helpfulness of the gentleman who served us. Manoj was not a pushy sales person at all his product knowledge and customer skills were second to none and would certainly encourage us to return to the branch to make further purchases and above all would encourage us to pass on to friends and family how we were treated and would recommend this branch to anyone. So pleased in fact i am going to share our experience on social media to ensure a wide audience can benefit from how we were treated as customers today. During our visit we were left alone to discuss our purchase as and when required also offered two drinks during our stay and were placed on the electronic mattress device which proved to be extremely helpful and accurate. To sum up a truly lovely visit considering we didn't even know we were going to purchase today so that demonstrates how we were treated and this is largely down to Manoj. The assistant was wonderful, fully understood our needs and budgets, didn't push harder than was necessary and his product knowledge was masterful

We arrived at your store with mixed views but after asking the assistent where we could find sofa beds he told us they were up stairs on the left we went upstairs and found what we were looking for we had no need to go and find an assistant as he arrived azking if ws had found what we were looking for we said yes but needed a demonstration which with no hesitation gave us one well this was exactly what we required so went with him and made our purchase very happy with the complete experience many thanks to your team
