Due to the seriousness of my back, I was very impressed by the assistant and his knowledge and understanding of my needs

The gentleman that served me and my daughter was friendly, polite, motivated and above all very professional.

Friendly staff and not pushy when discussing the products they were selling. A nice cup of coffee whilst placing our order gave that little extra touch. I would definitely use them again.

Dean was very helpful, he listened and understood what I was looking for but also my budget. He explained each product he was showing me and why, after having the sleep master test done. He explained the clearance stock how it worked. Also the 40 day trial period. I went away feeling very informed and having a better understanding of the products I looked at.

Availability of products and good explanation of the differences by the sales team

He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, in our price range, and generally made the whole experience very pleasant. We could have spent hours looking before we found the right mattress, but with Aaron's help we found the right one, got it ordered and paid for and were on our way in an hour. We will definitely be using Dreams again.
