Excellent experience in the store,not pushy at all, the gentleman who was attending to us was very helpful and friendly (Wilmoth).

I was highly satisfied with the salesperson and the store itself. I can’t put highly satisfied with everything until I receive my mattress and enjoy a good nights sleep which I am positive I will.

We were given enough time to have a look around, when we then needed assistance someone was there quickly. They answered all the questions we had. They offered the pillow to lie on the bed with and offered guidance as to the type of mattress for a teenager. He understood our needs quickly and didn’t try to upsell or try to sell something we didn’t need.

Staff were friendly and polite. I didn’t have to wait long to place my order after choosing the product I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed into making a choice and felt very safe in the store due to the health and safety measures that were in place within the store.

We were greeted promptly once we got in the shop and just away to start looking. Aimee was very knowledgeable and helpful. She took us through all our options step by step and gave us plenty of time to decide on the mattress which was whittled down from a choice of 4. We were offered tea while getting a quote on our choice. The whole process was very relaxed and we were very happy with the service 👍😎
