From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome but not fussed over, then we were guided to use the bed measurement set up which gave us specific details of the bed type we should look at. This was ideal in narrowing our search allowing us to focus on what we really needed, along with the detailed but succinct input from our sales assistant.

Assistant greeted us in a friendly manner and gave us the space we needed to look round. He was a very pleasant individual with a lot of technological knowledge at his fingertips. He offered us covered pillows to help our “sleep” experience and was able to offer clear advice about our options. The items were efficiently purchased and we were able to check the details entered were correct. Overall a very good experience and efficient purchase and delivery system which was fully explained to us. We entered the store with not much idea of what we wanted and came out having made an informed choice in the full knowledge that we can speak directly with the Manager if required and have the option of the trial period at home. The Store Manager was impressive in the level of his knowledge about the products and his communication skills are excellent.
