The first time we went to visit the store there were balloons which my partner is severely allergic to. The staff disposed of them and cleaned and aired the store so we could return on a different day. When we returned we spent nearly 2 hours trying out different mattresses. Wil was extremely patient and helpful with us. We went away and discussed the cost before returning in time to make the most of the offer that was on. The staff on all three visits were friendly and helpful and at no point pressured us to buy anything.

Choosing a bed is not a thing I'm familiar with and the assistance I received was more than helpful to select the right one. I had no questions for her when it came to ordering the item because she had already explained everything I needed to know. What I thought was going to be a very difficult experience turned out to be very simple one.

Grant was fantastic there was no pressure for us to buy something we didn't need he understood what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. Everything was explained to us and we left very happy 😊
