Dreams - Perth

Greeted on arrival. Had a good conversation with the manager about what I wanted to buy and he guided me to the right part of the store.

I was offered assistance as soon as I entered the shop, didn’t have what I wanted I. Store but very quickly found what I wanted on line, excellent customer service

Very knowledgeable sales consultant Grant. He didnt pressure us into a purchase and took the time to explain all our options and the pros and cons of each

Very Friendly staff, a lot of products to choose from , perfect experience overall very happy as I bought a new comfy mattress and a bed ! Also got some extra pillows too !

The sales person was extremely pleasant, listened to our requirements and was able to point us to the beds in store which fulfilled those requirements

Will took his time getting to know our specific needs. He did not mind my 2 year old running about with me. He also did not hard sell, the colour that was left in the design could be viewed in another store and didn't mind if we wished to go there. So impressed with Will that we trusted him. What I would say that if only one colour is available then a discount should be given an all colours should be available to see with fabric samples. We've taken a risk with colour.

Went in looking for a specific product but assistant explained that it didn't really suit our needs.

Vivien at the perth store listened to our needs ans recommended beds based on some research we had done online already. Very happy with her customer service.

From first entering the store to leaving we were well looked after, the staff were knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help us out. We felt at ease and there was no pressure put on us to buy, thankfully we found what we were looking for.
