Dreams - Perth

Aimee, the staff member who dealt with us in Perth, was excellent. She asked what our needs were; did the mattress test with us and then took time to show us a range of suitable mattresses. She answered all of our questions and at no point made us feel as if we were taking up her time. The store was spotlessly clean and Aimee sanitised each mattress after we had lain on it. Parking is excellent and the store is easy to find and access.

Dreams staff member was apologetic about this and found available bed for me that I was happy with.

our assistant Aimee was very helpful and gave us confidence that she really knew her job well. we could not have been more impressed with the Perth branch. we purchased a new mattress which is being delivered next week and our old one going for recyclying which i was very glad to hear rather than landing in landfill. all in all excellent and the coffee was very welcome. well done to all concerned

I was in the Perth store and Vivienne was excellent. Knew exactly what I was looking for and sorted out two sofa beds in minutes, excellent service.

The website is clear and easy to navigate, the delivery staff were top notch, they kept me up to date on delivery time meaning I wasnt sitting around waiting all day.when they arrived they were friendly and considerate both were over shoes and masks while in the property. Minor issue with mattress protectors not being delivered but delivery person pointed me in the right direction. Tele support operative very helpful and resolved issue quickly.

The staff came over and asked if they could help and directed us in the right direction. We explained our problem and we were helped immensely.

As soon as we walked in the door a sales person by the name of Grant approach us welcoming us into the store. after a bit of welcoming banter he asked us if we required any assistance. when we told him what we were looking for he took us to that section in the store. As we were looking to purchase a tempur mattress he offered us a test machine however as we have this mattress at home we did not require it. With his assistance we selected the mattress and the base. then went to his station and completed the details. We were offered a coffee which I accepted. An other member of staff heard this and he went to make the coffee for us (good team work) We left the store feeling really good with the service and absolutely no pressure put on us. I know you could not get better staff in this store.

Honestly really satisfied the staff were so helpful and really enagaged to get me the best of what I was looking for and managed to get exactly what I had in mind. Also she was so nice throughout even though I kept asking for different options
