Very friendly and helpful staff

I went into the store not intending to buy a bed or mattress but just start my research. However, I found a bed frame that was perfect and was supported to find a really comfortable mattress. Even if I was to go somewhere and it was cheaper, I was more than happy to pay for the excellent customer service and attention to detail I experienced in store.

Mary who served us was very helpful in making sure we chose the right mattress for us but also keeping within our budget. Mary was also just an all round friendly person and it was a pleasure to be served by her.

Having called ahead Ti enquire if the Tinsley bed was on show Mary said she would look out for us to arrive, and she did. She was very helpful and professional.

Usha was very knowledgeable with questions we asked. We didn't feel pressured to make decisions quickly. Usha allowed us the time to look and try as many times as we liked she offered us drinks and did the sleep match for us. Once we made our choice it's was very quick and straightforward. The service Mary provided was second to non She was very easy and explained everything It’s like she knew what we wanted I brought my last bed from dreams 10 years ago. And it was Mary the same saleswomen So was glad she is still there and doing a great job
