The staff were well informed and took me through all the information and took the time to ensure i was happy with my purchase. They took time with the options explaining the differences and the amount of support each mattress would give. The customer service was excellent.

the whole experience was devoid of the usual sales pitch but more about meeting my personal needs in my choice of merchandise which ,in this case was a mattress

Mary was so attentive, called me weeks after I had been in the shop to let me know of an offer that was currently available, came in store to purchase two beds and two mattresses the next day, with the help of Mary!!

Marry was really really lovely, everyone was friendly. I wasn’t too sure of what I wanted. With her help and patience , she explained the benefits and quality of the beds and mattresses, which really helps. And help me save money too.

I've been struggling to find a decent bed so when we went into store I hadn't got a clue what I wanted so was abit worried but as soon as we arrived we was greeted by Usha who listened to everything and did a sleep match with us from there she showed us the options and gave us all the information on the different ones she then gave us time to try and think. I asked her several questions and she was very good in her answers. After an hour trying them out and talking she should us the ones on clearance amd explained everything to why they was on clearance which put me at ease. She took the time to show us pillows and explain what was needed. While seeing to us for 2 hours she also made sure the other customers that came in where greeted and helped. Would 100% come back to Dreams Oldbury and highly recommend Usha
