No hassle, allowed plenty of time to look around without be asked if we are ready to buy, Chris was on hand for any questions and my daughter appreciated the balloon

Because they accommodated to all my needs. I'm currently suffering with a slipped disc so getting about is painful. But lay on a bed I'm at my comfiest. Having a member of staff bring me a brew whilst I lay on a bed and discussed our choices was the best

The assistant: Chris, was extremely helpful. He gave advice about the the 'sleep recognition software' advsied us on which matress types might be best and encouraged my daughte to try a range before she made a decision. He made arrangements for delivery and collection very quickly and made sure we had refreshments. He is an asset to the Oldbury store.

This was a call back because initially the item was unavailable My assistant Mary was very helpful and explained everything and allowed me to try different beds until I was satisfied
