Quiet store, helpful staff (Usha), good sale prices

My husband was able to use the bed that collaborated which mattress was best for him. My husband has Parkinson’s and his nights are very restless he doesn’t sleep well. Our daughter had bought the same mattress we’ve purchased earlier this year and she said she’s never slept so good plus it’s cured her back ache.

I needed a good mattress due to chronic health conditions. I used the sleep match machine recommended by the sales assistant and this helped me choose the correct mattress. All mattresses and pillows were disinfected or paper sheets were provided for safety. Sales assistant offered drinks as well. Her name is Usha

The assistant, Usha, was friendly and efficient, listened to our needs, was not pushy and, in fact, was so good at her job that she had already recommended a number of mattresses that the special measuring bed eventually put on its list before we had even been on it. Due to her being so good at matching people with mattresses we had already decided which one felt best for us before even going on the measuring bed and were pleased that the sleep check thing agreed with us.

All the staff were extremely friendly, nice atmosphere, good selection of stock that we were interested in.

Very happy with the service, everything explained in detail and she was happy for us to try numerous beds after we was measured on the sleep match

The assistant (Rob) was very approachable and gave excellent advice. He did not rush us and answered all our questions in a practical manner. We were offered drinks while paperwork was sorted. Rob was friendly and very helpful. The delivery slot we were given was very good. All in all we were highly satisfied with every aspect of Dreams.
