Usha took the time to understand what we needed and was explained the different products clearly. Usha was friendly and professional. Very satisfied with the service provided.

We were looked after by Chris. His knowledge and upstanding was excellent. He put our needs first and was thoroughly polite and helpful start to finish. A credit to the company.

I went in store to look for a replacement mattress for my granddaughters bed. The sales assistant was very helpful. Showed me several mattresses in my price range allowing me to lie on them. Even fetching me a pillow. I chose one and went with him to pay for it. He made me an excellent hot chocolate whilst we finalised my purchase. I found your assistant to be very friendly, helpfull, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. My mattress is being delivered on Friday and can not wait. Thank you Dream's and your excellent sales assistant

As soon as my partner and I walked in, Mary greeted us and made us feel welcome. She was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Because of this we definitely feel like we were able to take our time to choose the perfect mattress.

From the moment we walked into store the staff were so friendly and helpful, we were helped by Usha and Andy who were great and helped us to choose the right mattress for our daughters new bed. They offered us drinks and gave my daughter a pillow so that she was able to try the mattresses properly.
