I was treated with respect being in my late 70's and walking with 2 sticks. As my medical condition depends on good products I found the young man to be very knowledgeable about the mattress I needed and with his guidance was able to choose without being rushed and was even given a lovely cup of tea. I noticed other members of staff were equally friendly and polite to other customers in the store. I really felt the young man was interested in finding me what I needed. The three sales staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, especially John who served us and who provided his expertise and knowledge of the beds, without giving us the 'hard sell' or trying to talk us into choosing the most expensive bed.
