Very friendly, not pushy but very good knowledge of all products. Showed us different options we could have, overall very good experience, hence the purchase of a bed.

The sales person helped me to identify which mattress would best meet my needs within the budget I had. I was allowed to trial different mattress and I was left to compare. I was not rushed or encouraged to make a choice until I was satisfied. Anyway, he had a lovely friendly professional manner. Thank you
