The sales person helped me to identify which mattress would best meet my needs within the budget I had. I was allowed to trial different mattress and I was left to compare. I was not rushed or encouraged to make a choice until I was satisfied. Anyway, he had a lovely friendly professional manner. Thank you

The store colleague Rob was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. He answered all our questions with ease and confidence.

Rob who served us help us to choose a bed and mattress. He showed us the mattresses the machine recommended for us then left us to choose the one that was most comfortable for us. He didn't put the hard sale on us what I hate and has deterred me from buying an item before. I can't wait for my new bed and mattress to come.
