They helped us choose the right bed and mattress which lead to us purchasing from this store. With friendly staff.

From start to end it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly. Jon gave us a lot of information and made our decision to purchase a bed very easy.

No fuss took my instructions easily

As soon as we entered the shop we felt comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for the sales assistant. He explained about the mattresses and their 'care protection' on the mattresses and even offered us a cup of tea or coffee. I would have no hesitation in recommending John (the salesman) to friends and family and look forward to receiving my new bed.

We explained what we were looking for and were shown various options. We felt the sales person new what he was talking about and didn't pressure us into making a decision.

Matt was very helpful and took note of our requirements in his recommendations. Also very knowledgeable of the products that were on offer. We were not rushed in any way.

We went to buy a bed in the half price sale £919 we had a budget of £1000. This sadly was not the bed for us. Matt was so helpful in finding us an alternative up selling but not pushy taking time to get to know us asking about my baby making us a coffee and really taking his time. We were in the store for a good hour maybe more. The bed we decided on was not avalabel until May 18th and this didn't suit us as we needed if for May 12th so Matt found us another alternative again a slight up sell but just what we wanted and it could be delivered on May 6th much earlier than we thought we could have it. I'm so pleased with the service the new bedding Matt found for us and the bed. I can't wait till is here. A massive thank you to Matt.
