we are both disabled and were offered all the assistance we needed given a cup of tea and did not feel hurried at all. we both felt that we could not have been treated better anywhere else.

Being as I am in a wheelchair the assistant John sorted out moving things so I could get between the beds to be able to try them out and when I explained I need a very firm mattress he pointed out the best ones to go for

The staff were brilliant, very friendly and very helpful, very knowledgeable of the products therefore able to recommend products suitable for both mine and my wife's needs.....without being pushy or intrusive

the staff were very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of choosing the right mattress. i was delighted to find that the delivery time for my Small Double mattress was only 2 weeks.

Assistant understood our requirements very quickly and showed us a selection mattresses that might suit us. Very knowledgeable about the difference between types and makes and explained everything clearly. We selected a shortlist of 3 and spent a long time trying them out - all very different. The assistant did not bother us but was on hand to answer any further questions. Advised us on mattress care and suggested a suitable mattress cover we might consider.

Ryan was very knowledgeable & friendly, giving me good advice on the mattresses, with no pressure to buy. I felt completely at ease & extremely satisfied that with the advice given, i have chosen the bed that suits me

I purchased a bed for myself and my fiance. It had to be the perfect bed as she suffers with insomnia and struggles sleeping every night. The staff were welcoming on entry and allowed us to look around before offering assistance (which I prefer). They explained the different range of mattresses and other items such as 'the cool pillow' of which we purchased a pair of and answered all our questions and managed to book delivery of our new bed and mattress for the weekend we more into our first and new home. I was happy with the service and would defiantly recommend Dreams to friends and family. We specifically went to the store nearest our new home as I am a great believer of supporting the local stores and were glad we did. The range was impressive and and seemed to cater for all. I very much look forward to our first night in our new bed and I am sure it will have a profound affect to my fiance's sleep deprivation. All in all I am extremely happy with my purchase and the expert and down to earth advice I received at Dreams.
