Staff were extremely friendly, I had a cup of tea, explained the colour codes for all mattresses, made me feel very welcome to the store, got a clean pillow for me to try out and talked me through the different mattresses. Ive been in some stores before and really felt as if they didn't want me there. But at dreams I felt very welcomed, the staff were approachable and I felt I couldn't ask them questions when needed. I am a shy person and struggle sometimes when asking questions as I feel like I'm a nuisance, however i felt the staff here were genuinely interested in helping me to choose a product, I would definitely recommend dreams.

The customer advisor made is easy and simple to locate items . We did spend more than we planned but we are still very happy with our product and are looking forward to trying it . John was very chatty and happy and we enjoyed the conversation as we both have a passion about Usa . Highly recommended and not pushy at all . John also mentioned about a 40 night trial which is awesome and offered us cool pillows which we didn't purchase only because we was already well over budget and didn't wanna use IFC but still very happy

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams as on entering the store I was left to look around without any pressure before asking for assistance as to what my needs were as far as a type of bed and mattress that I was looking for. The assistant was very helpful with this and offered me a coffee as I went round trying all the beds within my price range,pointing out which one's were in the sale and this may lead to purchasing a better bed and mattress at a cheaper price. I eventually made up my mind on the bed and mattress that I wanted and was duly given optional delivery dates which we finally concluded on.

I saw the on-line offer and as we have a local branch asked a friend to drive me to check out mattresses. Staff member had me try at least 3 and offered hot beverage. \turned out was able to offer me the same deal. Came away very happy with product I ciuld afford and met needs.
