John asked what type of bed I wanted and quickly showed me what I wanted to buy. I needed a new bed asap due to a back problem and satisfactory delivery date was arranged there and then.

I was highly satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. They had great knowledge of the products and were extremely helpful.

All the staff were friendly. John served us, he offered us a drink as soon as we arrived. He gave us some pillows to use while testing the mattresses and then left us to look around the store, offering valuable advice when we asked for it. We did not feel pressurised in the slightest, which is why we purchased our goods. Great product knowledge.

Dreams in Nuneaton - very friendly and helpful staff and most importantly no hard sale tactics, felt very relaxed and not rushed or pressured into a purchase. Browsed online initially and went in store to view the bedframe. They matched the free delivery offer available online which was also excellent. As this was our first time shopping at dreams in Nuneaton, we didn't really know what to look for or where to start. The sales staff helped us select the right mattress and we are so happy with our purchase.
