We visited Dreams looking for a new mattress for our bed, we did not have a clue what we were looking for. The Assisant was very helpful, he was very knowledgable about all of the products. After sitting on nearly every bed in the shop we finally found one that my husband and I both agreed on! However it was quite pricey, the Assisant found the same mattress at a lower price elsewhere in the shop which we ended up purchasing, enabling us to afford new pillows too. I will definitely visit this store again, as I didn't feel under pressure to buy and the transaction was easily processed with arranging a delivery date.

We were served by John who explained the different types of beds and mattress, which made our choice much easier. He gave us a pillow each so we could try out the different beds and we were also asked if we would like a drink. He left us to try the beds out, so we didnt feel rushed. Overall it was a very pleasent and smooth transaction, we will certainly reccommend this shop to family and friends
