John at the nuneaton store was very welcoming and friendly did not keep coming up to us just left us to it. Very helpful when needed.

We don't like being bothered while shopping, but we want someone on hand to answer our queries. That is exactly the service we got!

We were greeted friendly and asked what we wanted and the assistant found our requested item and before we new it we made our purchase and left happy with our order.

The assistance was excellent and I was made to feel very welcome. Was even offered a coffee.

Both gentlemen were very helpful & listened to what we wanted (very rare for this to happen). My wife & I were very happy with the service & feel we had a good deal.

A very wide choice of beds. Really good value. Not pressured into buying a mattress when only a base was required. Very helpful but not pushy staff.
