Nuneaton Store - 04/12/16 I very rarely fill out these boxes, but brilliant service deserves to be recognised! Husband and I were out to look at beds and Ryan (one of the two guys working) came and checked to see if we were ok and talked us through bed no.1. He then left us to have a think about it while we looked at bed no. 2 (an ottoman bed which ironically we thought we had broken . . . we hadn't don't worry!). Ryan 'saved' us by helping us push the bed back down and essentially talked us through its plus points. We loved the bed (now we knew how it worked!) and bought it on the spot. Then came the tricky dilemma of the mattress; again Ryan was lovely and showed us ones that fitted what we wanted before he showed us the perfect one. Again we bought this. At the desk, another guy was working (really sorry don't know the name!) who chatted to us while Ryan was filling out the paperwork. The two together are an absolute credit to your company and to be blunt, if it had been two grumpy people working in the store, we probably wouldn't have bought it there and then! Have no hesitation in recommending Dreams and have sung the praises of the Nuneaton branch in particular - congrats!

I had looked on your website but was a bit bemused by the large section to choose from(95 double bed mattresses), Speaking to your advisor in the shop and being able to test the different ones on display was a huge help in helping me decide

I am a disabled person in a wheelchair I was treated like a person not an object as lots do.The assistants name was John..As I could not get upstairs he went up and videod it for me after explaining every detail from u'r catelogue.also was given a lovely cup of tea.I felt more like friend than just a costumer. Could not have been more pleased with all round service .Thank You..

Served immediately. Very helpful advice from Jon who pointed me to various options for each item I wanted. Quick completion of order once I'd selected. NB can't really assess quality of goods as they haven't yet arrived (seemed fine in store) and re-assured by the 6 week trial period.

Customer service excellent . Staff very helpful friendly and approachable . Environment clean and well maintained.
