Staff were extremely helpful without being pushy. Knowledgeable about the product differences. Did not rush me.

Customer care was second to none, their knowledge of products extensive. I was able to pick delivery day of my choice. Basically they were pleasant, polite and very helpful. I will recommend this store to anyone.

Plenty of opportunity of trying out the mattresses without being bothered by the colleagues working there, although they were readily available and extremely helpful when required

I have purchased from Dreams before but never at the Nuneaton branch. I was looking for another tv bed I had visited furniture village and they had what I thought was a good offer on a tv bed rather than take the offer i thought I would try Dreams im glad i did i got a better bed for the same price.

The shop floor staff were friendly and polite , they suggested to take a pillow and try the beds for comfort and to take as long as we needed, also we were given a hot drink, which a Was nice on such a cold day.

We were met by a young gentleman, who after listening to our specific requirements, referred us to a more experienced colleague and then offered refreshments. The young salesperson listened carefully when we explained that we wished to purchase a bed for our disabled son and then showed us some of the beds you had in store, that met our requirements. The salesperson seemed to have sound knowledge of the beds in stock and answered our questions with assurance. Overall a very good service.
