The staff are very welcoming and had great knowledge of the products. Store is in need of re fit. Over all happy the are time at the dreams store.

From the service as soon as we stepped in the store to finalising the order. The staff were constantly assisting us with their knowledge on all products, very polite and helpful throughout our visit, wasn't pushy and attended to all our needs.

Store was clean and well presented, staff were helpful and accomodating as I had daughter and grandaughter in tow. Products easy to find and questions answered knowledgeably.

It was nice to go in and have a look without being pounced on straight away. When we required help John was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He also had some very practical suggestions which helped in our decision. He also left us alone to have a think and discuss things, All very nice and friendly atmosphere with a cup of tea and no pressure selling. Very impressed hence why we spent a lot of money.
