Robert had good knowledge of the products and was happy to give his time to help me find the best mattress. My mum enjoyed a nice cup of coffee from him too. There were plenty of options that he showed us within our budget and the checkout process was quick and simple.

All the staff that helped us during our two visits in the store were just amazingly. They were very professional and with a high knowledge about the mattresses and the products of the store. We were very surprised in a good way with the service that we received at the store compared to others that We’ve been the dreams was the best one regarding all the aspects: customer service in the store, quality of the beds and mattresses. In this pandemic time we’re living they just did an outstanding job as we felt a warmly welcomed and a wonderful treatment during the shop which made us feel a human being and not just “customers”.
