I was really pleased with the product knowledge given by the store assistant and also his advise and how he let us browse without feeling pressured to buy

The assistant was helpful and very approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good product knowledge from knowledgable, personable but not overly pushy staff. Made to feel relaxed and able to make our own decision whilst still benefitting from their experience, excellent.

The store was well laid out with a good selection and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We were well advised on the product range and our choice of delivery was excellent.

The salesman, Matt, was so very, very helpful. He also knew what he was talking about!!! Rare these days. He left us to browse and try, but was on hand for queries and info on certain issues. When entering dreams, we were unsure what we wanted, but after half an hour with Matt we felt confident to buy and we even knew that our existing mattress would be taken care of. Thank you.

Colleague very informative from start to finish but no pushy sale tactics We were given as much time as we needed,even when we chose the bed we were still lying on ones we couldn't afford but this was no bother for them and to top it off we were offered a drink which we both had a cup of tea

The person serving me was very helpful and explained things clearly, he was also very efficient when it came to the actual order process.

I wanted a firm mattress bed and the salesman was very attentive in pointing me to the relevant items and nothing was too much trouble for him to advise on all the points I required.

I spoke to Ryan a couple of weeks previous regarding my requirements and he was friendly and knowledgeable, I returned as I had made my choices and again he was very helpful providing all the information I needed, would definitely return.
