We were happy with the experience of purchasing our bed and mattress from Ryan in the Nuneaton store. We felt we had assistance but not pushed into anything. Overall was very happy with the help finding the right mattress for us, and bed for it to go with.

my partner and i were highly satisfied because we was greeted in a very nice manner. not only did the assistant in the store were polite to understand our needs, they showed care and respect towards us. furthermore they provided more range of options to what we was looking for and therefore showed us a bed and mattress of higher quality. during the decisions stage where my partner and i had a while deciding which product would suit our need, the store assistant offered a cup of tea/coffee. which was brought to us during our stage of doing the paper work and scheduling the delivery of our new product. finally this overall experience in dreams has made me highly satisfied and would recommend to family and friends.

I was very pleased with the customer service i had from Jon today at dreams in Nuneaton. He was very welcoming and very chirpy. I had a few questions for him and he managed to help me with them all.
