They were all so friendly, patient, helpful, just perfect for me. Took several visits before I made my decision but never once felt hurried or pressured. On day I was due to go back to place order the guy wasn't in but he had left info with other assistant to ensure they knew what I wanted Well done

We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for but with friendly help, we ended up ordering a fabulous bed, a perfect mattress and the delivery time was outstanding!

We just moved to Nuneaton and required most furnishings for our new home. We just popped in to have a look but found ourselves being offered a great choice of mattresses and bedframes. Jon and the lads did their best to find what we was looking for, even proactively checking the warehouse for a product we were interested in and never did we feel we was being oversold. We felt that their store was presented better than the local competition and the 40 days return was a huge plus due to our situation. They also offered us chocolate and a cuppa!
