Shopping for a new bed at dreams was so easy john the assistant was more than helpful and gave me time to look around the store with absolute 0 pressure. There was so much choice to choose from but john was brilliant to narrow down what I was looking for. I had a delivery date and they gave me a time and they were spot on the delivery crew were brilliant put the bed where I asked while taking care of my property at the same time. My overall experience with dreams was excellent and I would happily shop there again and recommend a friend to shop at dreams.

Shop assistant were both friendly and helpful in listening and understanding my thoughts and needs with purchasing a new bed and mattress.

Ryan acknowledged me upon entering the store. Left me to look at the beds at my leisure and answered my questions as I asked them very clearly. He explained the differences between the mattresses and the warranty available. He went through the delivery dates and explained the setting up fees on delivery. Ryan was very helpful. Thankyou

I was very impressed by his knowledge and expertise in assisting me with my requirements. He even offered me a cup of tea which I accepted and enjoyed. I visited your store to purchase a new mattress due to recent back problems. Your sales adviser John was very helpful and helped me find the right mattress for my needs and budget. He was not pushy, very pleasant and made me and my mum feel very welcome along with his colleague Matthew. I liked the fact that I did not need to go and find someone to help me because John came to me he gave me a good deal I will be back to purchase a bed frame shortly. John and Matthew are a credit to Dreams! They made us feel relaxed offered us a drink and very easy to talk to and have a laugh with. Finance was easily arranged. It is nice to walk into a shop have no issues and friendly staff which is hard to come by these days. Very happy with my first experience at Dreams and hopefully my next visit will be just as good keep up the good work!! Looking forward to receiving my new mattress.
