No hassle from staff while browsing, help given when needed, fully explained the items and alternatives that were better, brought a drink for my wife, showed us pillows that could help, quick easy sale, funny friendly staff.

Jon at nuneaton was very efficient and polite. Ordering was quick and easy

Sales assistant helpful, on hand but not pushy, provided coffee while we were viewing beds and left us alone while we were deciding on which item to purchased. Once we had made our decision he was on hand to complete the transaction in a professional and timely manner

Made very welcome. Staff understood our requirements and pointed us exactly the right direction. Very good product knowledge. No pressure applied to us and John quickly found us a refreshing cup of tea. He enabled us to quickly come to s purchasing decision thus avoiding us the need to go trawling around the Internet and other shops. The deal was excellent.

Not pressurised in any way, felt comfortable in taking time to consider options. Friendly and helpful staff but not "in your face". Ease of placing order. Not pestered to buy additional cover/insurance.

The two blokes who dealt with us were very friendly and helpful made us feel at ease constantly like nothing was too much trouble even offered us a cup of tea whilst we were waiting for the computer to process our order!

Highly satisfied with my experience at dreams because as soon as my partner and I walked in the two lads in there Matthew and John made us feel extremely welcome could'nt help enough we were offered a cup of tea, shown around the shop at all the mattresses spoke to us in depth about each and every mattress we asked about which was good, got what we were looking for had a laugh with the lads and a bargain on the mattress great afternoon thanks to mat and John keep up the good work
