As always, the sales people were not pushy in any way, and only offered help and advice when requested.

Jon and his colleague where both very friendly when I entered the store and directed me to what I was looking for. They gave me time to look around before then asking if they could be of any assistance. The information and advice they gave me was appropriate, at no time did I feel pressured to buy something. They even encouraged me to try out a few options to ensure that my choice was the right one. I was offered a drink when I first arrived and then again whilst we completed the order. Will recommend Jon & his work colleague to my friends if they are looking for a bed

Both members of staff in store extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to explain discomforts we have with our current mattress and staff were able to advise the best mattress for us to try. Also impressed that we have a 6 week period to try our new mattress and if we are not happy we can return and swap it.

The salesman was very helpful without putting any pressure on us to buy.We found the two members of staff we spoke to knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and myself appreciated the way they dealt with us on the day.
