Very helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff, also willing to help me make a decision on my purchase past closing time.

We were met by 2 very nice & polite & helpful chaps , couldn't do enough for us & even offered us a cup of tea . We found what we were looking for and they explained everything to us.

Greeted upon entry, given substantial information on what products we were after (We didn't have the actual product name) Very friendly service, offered an additional gift of two pillows both worth £80. Delivery date was reasonable. Left very happy.

Welcomed to the store, but not immediately pounced on like other stores. All staff friendly, listened to what we wanted, informed of deals and offers. A* service.

We went into Dream looking for a back up plan and came out with plan A. Your prices are much more reasonable than most of the retailer and I appreciated the flexiblity on extra item prices like ex-display items.

I had a poor experience with another mattress provider and Dreams didn't try to hard sell, just actually understand why I was now looking elsewhere and provided me with a level service that I really responded to.

Excellent service from salesman, good store layout, downstairs, but buying process was drawn out, should be done in private when giving your finance info.
