Salesman, John, took the time to understand our needs. Listened to our previous poor experience regarding delivery of a Dreams item and generally made us feel valued customers

We were highly satisfied as Ryan took the time to tell us all of the details of the products and took the time to sort deals out for us to get the cost to go over £500 so we could take up an finance package. He even took the time to keep the kids entertained as we tested the mattress out by giving them colouring to do. we even had a cup of coffee made for us.

Rav was very helpful knew the products and even offered us a cup of tea. Both members of the team made our trip to dreams a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thanks guys

The Manager of the store dealt with us throughout. He was very inviting and made us a cup of tea. He listened carefully to our mattress requirements and then advised on the coloured coordinated bed selection process which made our selection straight forward. This made us able to select the correct product. He then Sat us down and discuss the order, purchase, delivery and offers processes and then we made payment. The whole experience was made simple and straight forward by a very professional but friendly member of dreams staff.
