The staff in the shop were brilliant felt at ease not rushed or pushed in anyway was made a lovely cup of coffee. Very pleased with service from the gentleman in the shop who's name was john I believe.

John was very helpful, allowed us to browse, made us feel very welcome and made us a coffee John also explained the differences of each type of mattress and allowed us to try several pillows, pointing out the benefits of each based on our description of how we sleep We received excellent service and advice

We were greeted by JOHN BEDDOWS (Nuneaton store), who was extremely welcoming and knowledgable on all items we were seeking. He also makes the best cup of tea! John truly went above and beyond without forcing a sale through, he was very fast and efficient, met all of our needs and more! He deserves a lot of recognition and credit for the incredible service he is providing for his customers. Unfortunately we have to wait around 5 weeks for our bed but the customer service we experienced took the gloom away from that. Well done John, we will definitely be back!
