Dreams - Nuneaton

The two gentlemen in the nuneaton store were very helpful when me and my husband were choosing a new mattress.

We’ve searched several shops over the last few weeks including another Dreams store but couldn’t find what we wanted without our budget. Ryan listen to what we wanted helped guide us to the right areas in store. He gave us time to try mattresses out without us feeling pressure but was close by to offer advice and support. I’m pregnant and he took this into account when showing us the ottoman beds-no letting me lift them. We have our 4 year with us and he also spoke to her so she didn’t get bored during the visit which helped us to focus on what we were doing. He did his best to get us what we wanted as close to our budget.

Staff were polite & gave good advice. Everything was easy to understand & we would definitely use Dreams again.

The assistant welcomed us as soon as we arrived in the store and allowed us to browse prior to coming over to ask if we needed help. He listened to our requirements, encouraged us to try out the mattresses, and advised us accurately based on what we were looking for.

I went into the Nuneaton store as I’m over due a new mattress as I’m getting a bad arm from it dipping so and there was only one person working in there and the bloke come upto me and said I’ll be with u as quick as I can there is normally 3 of us but it’s just me 2day 2mons later he come upto me and said sorry and asked wat I needed I told him would like a new mattress and wanna spend bout 300quid he then pointed me to a mattress wat he said they sell a lot of cause there great valve and a decent price but was abit more than I wanted to pay being 350 but he said wait as hey get discount matters on Thursday so I called back and there was non that come in and then he said the mattress has dropped to 312 or something so I was happy to pay that and 8years protection wat is great as I got a water proof protecter as I have a little boy and he throws his juice bottle anywhere lol so after my visit I was very happy I also got a dreams bed I ordered online last year so yes I will shop there again in the future very very happy customer won’t go anywhere else

Very friendly and very helpful from the moment we walked into the store. It made us feel very comfortable and helped us to save time. As we work in retail ourselves, it was great to receive the level of service that we would provide. Knowledge is very important and we were very pleasantly surprised with the assistant that helped us

John was friendly and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. We were never rushed into a decision and given plenty of time to decide whether we would go ahead wit our purchase

I found the sales rep very informative and feel that everthing was explained clearly about my purchase. I also purchased other items as I did not feel pushed into purchasing anything else something I find quite annoying in other stores. 10 out of 10 service thanks.
